Traxda Policies

  • Lifetime Warranty – we will warranty our products for defects in material or process for life. Email SALES@TRAXDA.COM for assistance. Paint, powder and other plating is not covered by this warranty. We do not cover costs of shipping, installation or alignments in our warranty, and our liabilty is limited to the cost of the product.
  • Refund policy — You can return your products to Traxda for a refund for any reason. You have up to 365 days to send it back, and we accept returns that have been installed. You will have to pay shipping back to us, and we will not refund the shipping on the original order to you.
  • Delivery policy — We usually ship online orders within a 1-3 day window. If we have excessive wait times for a product, we will contact you. Most of our parts are made in house, so we can usually deliver quickly. Also since most of our products are made in house, we can occasionally get busy and overwhelm our production capacity.
  • Return policy – We do not accept returns on special orders or custom kits. We do accept returns of standard kits, even after they have been installed. Commercial wholesale customers can rotate stale inventory with a 1-for-1 value exchange inventory transfer.
  • Cancellation policy —You can cancel an order before it is shipped with no penalty. If it has shipped, then you will have to pay relevant charges by the freight company. Cancellations on custom orders will forfeit any deposits once the material has been ordered for the job.
